In less than 4 years I have reached a point in my career where I have more new patients coming in than I need. EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC. 

that wasn’t always the case. I started with 0 practice members at an office where my mentor, Dr. Marc Gottlieb has been the top chiropractor for nearly 20 years. 

His advice... “GO SCREEN AT THE FARMERS MARKET.”

I did and I ABSOLUTELY HATED IT! I knew that there was a better way and that way has become the ONLY WAY.

I MADE THE HUGE MISTAKE OF … 

Not posting anything on social media for 8 MONTHS! WHY? Because I didn’t think I was good on camera and I cared too much about what my peers would say.

While still figuring out social media…. I was LOST and DESPERATE. 

I bought one course for $997 and the most useful information that came out of it was to put a box at a sandwich shop, buy everyone lunch and give them a health talk.

 It was exhausting and became a matter of quantity and doing 1-3 health talks a week was exhausting! Then the pandemic hit and the $997 course advice went out the window.

I fell victim to outdated marketing when I was at a low in my career in a global pandemic.

I began hiring marketing companies and trying to gain traction through other tactics that I soon realized were just as equally outdated and I could SAVE THOUSANDS by just doing it myself.

Then it hit me. 

NO ONE WILL CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR MARKETING THAN YOU! 

So I went ALL IN with social media and started studying marketing religiously. 

Then I joined a mastermind group where I ended up meeting my bestfriends and studying with several marketers and entrepreneurs. They taught me their world.

I was spending  anywhere between $500-800 on ads, plus a videographer and I kept studying.

Slowly but surely the momentum picked up and I started asking everyone that came in… what brought you in? Which video was it? Is there something particular the person said in the video? I became my own market researcher.

My business turned around and I reached a point where posting 1-2x per week and publishing my ads each month brought me  30-50+ new patients each month.

I was crushing it and my marketing was working! The word was spreading…

Our office then won Best Chiropractic Office in San Diego in 2019 and 2020.

It eventually opened up several speaking opportunities, business opportunities and networking with some incredible people.

THEN COVID HAPPENED AND I BECAME BUSIER THAN EVER

All of the sudden people that were following my account for a year or two were FINALLY starting to come see me. They felt like they could TRUST ME.

In May and June combined I had 119 NEW PATIENTS. I broke every single one of my records, collecting more than I had ever thought I would collect 3 months in a row. 

Here is what I spent on ads:

Before those two crazy months in May and June, I called my best friend + CEO of ATTN Labs to ask him this question…

“Let’s pretend I am one of your $10,000 a month clients. How would you run my ads?”

He told me everything step by step.

And the magic happened. But it was too much for me, my practice grew bigger than I was prepared for.

By July I turned the ads off and still had over 30 new patients come in.

The question now is…. How many new patients can you handle?
